[Announcement] Extended Break
Billing cycles now frozen. Publication will resume eventually, as circumstances permit.
Greetings, Endarkenment readers!
For health reasons, I’m taking a break from my work on the Endarkenment newsletter for the rest of 2020, and possibly longer. Sadly, the devastating U.S. west coast fire season, the ongoing pandemic, and the political turmoil in Portland, OR (and the U.S. in general) have impacted my time, energy, and resources to the point where I’m unable to continue publishing.
There are too many unknowns to provide a date when I’ll resume publishing regularly. However, I will do so as soon as I’m able.
I still have an interview with Boris Tyurin of Out Of Hell in the advanced stages of production, I still have interviews lined up with Skadi and the folks behind Dark Ambient Sound Bath, and I’m in communication with Ulf Söderberg about how he’d like me to publicly release my 2018 interview with him.
I also recently discovered the Night Clerk Radio podcast when they mentioned my interview with Simon Heath of Cryo Chamber. They cover "vaporwave, dark ambient, and other haunted genres of music." Perhaps I’ll have a chance to interview them someday too! We’ll see. Give their podcast a listen if you haven’t done so yet. It’s well worth your time.
All paid subscriptions are now paused, so billing cycles are frozen. New sign-ups will not be able to opt in for a paid subscription, and existing paid subscribers won’t be charged.
If you’re billed monthly, you won’t see any new charges until I hit “unpause” and start publishing again.
If you’re billed annually, your subscription will be frozen in time, and it will continue where it left off when I resume publication.
Thank you for your support! Take good care of yourselves in these tumultuous times. When the production pause is lifted, all subscribers will be notified.
